Charissa is an American Sportscaster born on the 5th of May 1982. ESPN analyst recruited in 2012 as co-host of SportsNation. She cohosted ABC show Splash along with Joey Lawrence. Thompson is born in Seattle Washington. As the youngest of three kids, she envisioned her dream to become a broadcaster at the age of three. Thompson attended Inglemoor High School near Kenmore Inglemoor, Washington. Thompson was admitted to California for community college to gain California residency. Later, she transferred to her home at the University of California, Santa Barbara which she attended and graduated with a B.A. in Law and Society in 2004. In 2004, Sports Illustrated wrote she left Washington State (WSU) to take a class at a community college located in California before transferring onto UC Santa Barbara Thompson has clarified she did not attend WSU.
